What Lives Here

Eleven11.live is a listening space.

For those who have been holding it together.

Not a loud one.

Not a hurried one.

Not a space built on urgency.

It’s a space for people who are tired of postponing themselves.

I created this work after recognizing how easy it is to live cautiously — waiting for the right timing, the right permission, the right certainty. I’ve done that. I know what it costs.

This space exists to interrupt that gently.

Too often, we slow dance with decisions long after we already know what’s true.
We linger. We brace. We rehearse. We hover.

Through retreats, guided audio, writing, and live experiences, I create environments where reflection leads to movement — not pressure, not performance — but steady participation in your own life.

My approach is grounded and integrative. Mind and body are not separate lanes. Clarity does not arrive only through thinking; it often emerges through stillness, breath, and safety.

I don’t believe healing needs to be loud.
I believe it needs to be honest.

The Weight of Waiting retreat was born from that realization — not from theory, but from experience.

Over time I began noticing how often we slow dance with decisions long after we already know what’s true.

We linger.
We brace.
We rehearse.
We hover.
