Participation & Community Standards
Eleven11.live gatherings are designed to foster reflective, respectful, and confidential engagement.

Eleven11.live reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation in any offering — before or during engagement — if conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or misaligned with the values of the space.
Removal under these circumstances will not qualify for refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleven11.live and its facilitator shall not be held liable for personal injury, emotional distress, loss, damages, or claims arising from participation in any offering, except where prohibited by law.
Refund & Transfer Policy
All purchases for retreats, gatherings, and virtual events are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant with written notice provided at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Transfers must be coordinated directly via email.
Cancellation & Event Policy
Eleven11.live reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, illness, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure.
If an event is canceled by Eleven11.live, participants will be offered either:
• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future offering.
If an event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a transfer or credit.
Start and end times will be honored as communicated. Late arrivals or early departures do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Privacy Policy
Eleven11.live respects your privacy.
Personal information submitted through this website — including name, email address, and payment details — is used solely for communication, registration, and delivery of services.
Email addresses may be used to send updates, announcements, and relevant communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers and is not stored directly by Eleven11.live.

Recording & Media Notice
Certain live and virtual gatherings may be photographed or recorded for archival, educational, or future marketing purposes.

By registering for or attending an event, you acknowledge and consent to this policy.

Virtual sessions may be recorded for internal reference or limited replay access. Notification will be provided at the start of any recording.
